If you’ve finished watching the latest season of The Legend of Vox Machina but are still thirsty for more of the antics from the Critical Role crew, Dark Horse comics has recently announced a new concept art book detailing the development of the Amazon Prime animated series, complete with character breakdowns, storyboards, and more supplemented by commentary from series writer Meredith Kecskemety and the cast of Critical Role.
The 192-page hardcover book doesn’t launch until Dec. 10, but you can currently reserve your copy of The Art of The Legend of Vox Machina from Amazon or Barnes & Noble for $59.99. A $99.99 deluxe edition is also available, which includes a foil slipcase themed after Gilmore’s Glorious Goods, along with an acetate cel lithograph, case wrap, and unique cover art. The Deluxe edition is also available to pre-order from both Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
If you’d like to check out some additional illustrated adventures that explore the larger world of Exandria, or just featuring the Critical Role crew, you might consider the Origins series of Vox Machina or The Mighty Nein.
