Disney Lorcana’s Next Collector’s Gift Set Releases Alongside Azurite Sea Expansion

Disney Lorcana is getting another expansion later this year, with Azurite Sea arriving on November 25. This marks the sixth set of the popular Lorcana TCG, and it’s looking to bring a variety of new cards to the game and shake up your deck. Coinciding with Azurite Sea is the release of the Lorcana: Stitch Collector’s Gift Set, which is a great way to pick up an exclusive foil promo card, card portfolio, and a handful of booster packs.

Best Buy is taking preorders for Disney Lorcana’s Azurite Sea expansion, which includes a booster box, Illumineer’s Trove box set, starter decks, and various accessories. Since these will likely be the last Lorcana new releases of the year, they’re likely to be popular gifts this holiday season.

Lorcana Collector’s Gift Sets tend to sell out–so if you’re interested in the Stitch Collector’s Gift Set, we’d recommend checking it out soon. The bundle costs just $50 and gets you a Stitch-themed card portfolio that holds 252 cards, a Stitch Alien Buccaneer foil promo card, and four Azurite Sea booster packs (12 cards each). It’s also worth noting that Amazon has restocked the Into the Inklands Collector’s Gift Set for $30, but it’s only available to purchase by invitation–you can request an invite.

All products release November 25

Consider pairing the Gift Set with Azurite Sea’s Illumineer’s Trove, which is also priced at $50. This is a great way to get started with the Azurite Sea expansion since it includes the following goodies:

  • Storage box
  • 6 card dividers
  • 8 booster packs (12 cards each)
  • 6 damage-counter dice
  • 1 lore counter

The Azurite Sea Booster Box is naturally the most expensive product ($144) and will get you the most cards. Like usual, the box includes 24 booster packs (288 cards), making it the go-to option for those who aim to complete the whole set.

If you want to play the TCG rather than simply collecting the cards, Azurite Sea’s Starter Decks are budget-friendly options for getting started with a pre-made deck. This gets you everything you need to start playing, such as a prebuilt 60-card deck, rulebook, playmat, booster pack, and a variety of game tokens. Two starter decks are available, but when you order online from Best Buy you don’t get to choose which one you get.

And if you want to introduce the game to younger players, the recently released Disney Lorcana: Gateway board game is on sale for $20 (was $25) at Amazon.

There’s also a cool promotion with Disney Villainous that kicked off last month, which now comes with an exclusive Lorcana: Shimmering Skies card. So if you’re seeking another way to bring Disney to your game nights, the Villainous board game, which is designed by Lorcana manufacturer Ravensburger, will likely appeal to fans of Lorcana.

You can also add to your Lorcana collection for less right now with some nice deals on booster boxes, starter decks, and Illumineer’s Quest – Deep Trouble, the cooperative spin on Lorcana for two players. You can play Deep Trouble solo, too.
