Amazon has a terrific deal on Lenovo’s impressive handheld gaming PC. For a limited time, you can get the Legion Go for only $499 (was $700). The Legion Go is the ideal choice for those who want ample screen real estate with their Windows handheld. It boasts an 8.8-inch WQXGA display with 2560 x 1600 resolution. The 1600p resolution is a bit overkill for a portable PC, but there’s no denying the Legion Go offers a spacious and impressive viewing experience, even when you set the resolution lower to boost other graphical settings and preserve battery life. Amazon’s $499 price is the best yet for the Legion Go, so if it’s been on your radar, now’s a good time to grab it.

As for the increasingly popular Steam Deck, the 512GB and 1TB OLED models are $549 and $649, respectively–putting it in a comparable price tier to the Legion Go. Remember that you’ll need to do some tinkering to gain access to third-party platforms like the Epic Games Store, and though you can use cloud streaming for Game Pass on Steam Deck, a Windows handheld is the better option if you’re looking for native Game Pass support and online multiplayer for some popular games such as Destiny 2.

The Legion Go isn’t your only portable gaming PC option from a major manufacturer. The Best Buy-exclusive Asus ROG Ally has been the most popular Windows-based handheld since its debut last year. The ROG Ally starts at $500, though the model with the same chipset as the Legion Go retails for $650. Earlier this year, Asus released a more powerful iteration dubbed the ROG Ally X with 1TB storage space for $800. A 2TB model launches December 9 and is available to preorder for $900.

At the moment, the Legion Go offers the best bang for your buck in the Windows handheld space.
