MLB The Show 24 is now available for those who purchase the MVP, Digital Deluxe, or Negro-Leagues edition. Early access started today, March 15, four days ahead of the March 19 launch of the standard edition. The pricier editions also come with a bunch of bonus in-game content for Diamond Dynasty. And in the case of the Negro-Leagues collector’s edition, you also get a cool steelbook case and limited-edition New Era flat brim hat. If you don’t want to spend the extra cash for early access and bonus content, there’s still time to preorder a copy of the standard edition for $60 or $70, depending on your platform of choice. MLB The Show 24 is available on PlayStation and Xbox platforms as well as Nintendo Switch.
It’s also worth noting that while MLB The Show 24 won’t hit Xbox Game Pass until March 19, subscribers who want to play early can purchase the Digital Deluxe Add-On Bundle for $40. This bundle lets you play early and comes with all of the bonus content found in the Digital Deluxe and Negro-Leagues editions.
If you preorder a digital copy of MLB The Show 24, you’ll get a Gold Choice pack for Diamond Dynasty. Both physical and digital editions of the game come with The Show packs, too. PlayStation and Xbox owners will get in-game currency to spend on items. You don’t need to preorder to get The Show packs or Stubs currency, but the number of packs how much currency you get depends on which edition you pick.
