Official Xbox 360 Building Set Gets Substantial Discount For Target Circle Week

Mega Showcase’s Xbox 360 Collector Building Set launched last October for $150, and the price has only budged twice since. The Target-exclusive brick-building set was discounted for the first time in March; fast forward seven months and it’s finally on sale for the second time as part of Target’s Circle Week sale. You can save $50 on the Xbox 360 buildable display model until October 12–though it could sell out before then–which matches the all-time low price of $100. Since it’s exclusive to Target, you won’t find this deal in Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days sale.

Check out the image below for a look at each interactive component featured on the Xbox 360 brick set.

Mega Showcase Xbox 360 Collector Building Set

The Xbox 360 isn’t the only Mega Bloks kit on sale for a massive discount during Target Circle Week. Pokemon fans should check out Mega’s Pokemon Retro Sets, which are buildable pixel art display figures of popular Gen 1 Pokemon. All six budget-friendly kits are discounted for the first time, dropping the price of each from $25 to $17.49. If you spend $40 (buy three of them), you’ll save an extra $10. Spending $75 (five or six figures) will get you an additional $20 off. You can get all six Pokemon Retro Sets for $90.89 (was $150).

Pokemon Retro Brick Sets with Sprite Designs

Mega Bloks are budget-friendly alternatives to Lego. While Mega’s bricks aren’t as high-quality as Lego–the king of brick sets–the manufacturer has improved over the years. These days, there are plenty of great Mega Blok sets, including the ones highlighted in this article.

The Xbox 360 is Mega’s only buildable video game console, but Lego has also released a few in recent years. The Lego Nintendo Entertainment System replica is the best of the bunch, as you also get to build an interactive model of an old CRT TV. Retro gaming enthusiasts will also want to take a look at the Lego Icons Atari 2600, which is on sale for $192 (was $240) at Target. There’s also the large-scale Lego Icons Pac-Man Arcade.
