The Last Of Us Official Action Figure Set Comes With Swappable Accessories (No Golf Clubs)

It’s officially The Last of Us Day, and while the TV series might be hogging headlines with a tease of things to come, action figure fans are also in for a treat. As part of PlayStation’s new line action figures, a two-pack of The Last of Us figures are up for preorder at Amazon. Featuring Joel and Ellie, this is priced at $50 and it comes with quite a few accessories. They’ll be available starting November 1. Your new action figures could sit next to you on the couch and watch themselves in ultra-high definition if you pair the figure set with Amazon’s The Last of Us Season 1 4K Blu-ray deal for $27 (was $45).

For Joel, the figure sports a very worn finish in keeping with the post-apocalyptic themes of The Last of Us. Joel has over 30 points of articulation, and he comes equipped with a revolver, shotgun, and machete. There are also several hands available, so you can swap them in or out for when you want to strike the perfect pose. For Ellie, you’re also getting a highly articulated and detailed figure, and she comes with a tactical backpack, switchblade, pistol, bow, and arrows.

It’s worth noting that these aren’t The Last of Us Part 2 figures, but with some quick shopping, you can buy a few extra toy accessories that look like they came straight from the best-selling sequel. If you want Joel to take a joy-ride, you could grab this $7 diecast golf cart. The golf clubs are connected to the cart, so you may want to buy a tiny set of doll golf clubs for $14 to complete the look.

Joel and Ellie will join the newly released line of action figures based on heroes from PlayStation games. Most of the other figures are $30 each–Aloy from the Horizon series is the exception here as her deluxe figure is $50 because of all the extra parts it includes–and come from other big PlayStation franchises like Horizon, Ghost of Tsushima, and God of War.

For the Horizon fans, you can get both Aloy and Varl. These are based on their appearances in Horizon Forbidden West, and they’re impressively articulated. Aloy comes with interchangeable hands, six face-plates to change her facial expressions with, and an arsenal of robot-hunting gear. Varl has his signature axe and is dressed in stylish Nora tribe clothing.

Over in the Asgardian realms, the God of War Ragnarok figures include Kratos and Atreus AKA Boy. Kratos is ready for a fight with his Leviathan axe, Guardian shield, and menacing scowl, while Atreus is equipped with his trusty bow, an arrow for precise shots, and two sets of extra hands.

The Ghost of Tsushima figure is easily the most impressive in this line, as Jin Sakai is wearing detailed samurai armor and is armed with his katana sword. A nice touch here is that the set also includes his ghost mask, for when you want to recreate some of the cool moments from the game.
