Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Pro Controller In Stock, Discounted At Amazon

Nintendo’s Pro Controller for the Switch has been an excellent choice for anyone looking to hold something more traditional in their hands when compared to the Joy-Cons, and right now, you can get your hands on a hard-to-find limited-edition version of the Pro Controller. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Pro Controller is up for grabs for only $64.67. This is an import that ships from Amazon Japan.

The controller normally goes for $75–if you can find it in stock, that is. The last time Amazon Japan had the Zelda-themed Pro Controller in stock, it sold out in hours, so you’ll want to hurry if interested.

Even if this controller was selling for retail price it’d be a good deal. The added discount (and free shipping) is just the cherry on top. For the past couple months, fans have had to resort to the reseller market for this special-edition gamepad.

It’s also a beautiful controller, one that enhances the transparent shell of the regular Pro Controller with Hylian designs straight out of the hit Nintendo game. There’s even a textured grip that tastefully splits between black and white materials, a Triforce symbol right in the center, and elegant swirls that draw the attention of your eye. Internally, motion controls, HD rumble, and other features make this a rock-solid controller to have, and it can also work wirelessly via Bluetooth or with a wired USB-C connection.

The other claim to fame of the Pro Controller is its excellent battery life, and you’ll find that you seldom need to charge it between long gaming sessions thanks to its 40-hour runtime. The D-pad on this is also quite durable, the face buttons can take a serious amount of percussive force from your fingers, and the overall ergonomics are excellent.

If you’d also like to get a matching Nintendo Switch console, you can grab a like-new version of the Tears of the Kingdom-themed Switch OLED for $320. Meanwhile, you can grab the official collector’s edition guide for $27, down from $45.
